Dry Skin Brushing for Lymph Health

Dry brushing is one of my favorite things to recommend to clients who want to improve their lymphatic circulation, remove dry skin and energize themselves as part of their morning routine.

This video is one of the best resources I've found online. It's kind of dry (no pun intended) and slightly lengthy (about 11 minutes), but I prefer it because it's presented by a Natropathic doctor (rather than a random health blogger) and it's very thorough. My sense is that after watching this video 2-3 times, you'll feel confident to do this correctly on your own without being tied to the video. It's seriously worth the time to watch this.
